"Absolutely the worst Starbucks I’ve EVER been too. You wait in line for at least 20-30 minutes (that’s even with a short line) I try avoiding this location as much as I can. They definitely need new staff."
"Oh my gosh. I looooooove this store so much!!! Shalyn is a-maze-ing. Mug and Lucy always make their customers feel so very welcome. Several years ago, there were some issues with accuracy and wait times. Those issues are GONE. My drink is always right. It’s always as fast as possible."
"This Starbucks is almost always busy, and the layout of the tiny parking lot and drive-through line is, frankly, a nightmare. However, the location is great and the service is fast. I definitely highly recommend ordering ahead on mobile and choosing pickup. It's way faster than picking up via drive-through because you'll sit there. Mobile pickup order was timely and it was a quick process: pop into the store to grab my drink and head out! Outdoor seating available."
"They are either mentally deficient or lazy. Asked for an order I’ve been able to get at 3 different stores. The ONLY modification was I wanted decaf. I may as well have asked a room full of monkeys to do it. Even after showing them the previous orders. Strange. If hipsters are taking over the world, we are in BIG TROUBLE"
"I come to this Starbucks before work 3 nights a week and usually have no real complaints or problems until yesterday when I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line. When I finally arrived at the window the person at the window didn’t not know my order. They tried to charge me for someone else’s drink. They had to put my order in the computer again. Reminder, I waited 30 minutes to get to the window. After they put my order in again, they came back with my drink without half and half in it which I requested when I told them my order for the second time. I mentioned to them that I was not happy with this service, and they proceeded to tell me in a snippy rude tone that I have only been at the window for 8 minutes. I said I have been in line for 30 minutes. And also waiting at the window for 8 minutes while they had to re order my drink and go and make the drink is not great service. I am throughly disappointed with this location. Unfortunately it is on my way to work and convenient for me to stop here. Side note: most of the time they are “reasonable” with waiting in line. Sometimes they are pretty slow ( more than 15-20 minutes) but I do give them the benefit of the of the doubt."
