"I really like the Broccoli Cheddar soup. I prefer in a bowl with a baguette on the side. The drinks were a bit pricey, so I had a cup of water with my meal. Very nice dining room, great atmosphere."
"I purchased two cinnamon crunch bagels that ended up being hard and had a stale taste. I called the store and spoke with the manager- who advised that their bagels are baked fresh daily and that I should microwave them. I explained that the bagels had been warmed but still tasted stale, and the manager proceeded to advise that that’s just how the bagels are. I asked if I could return or exchange them but the manager said that she could not comp, only discount a new purchase! She originally offered to give me her GM’s number; but after putting me on hold for five minutes, came back and said that I needed to call Corporate. Very POOR customer service over two $1.50 bagels!!"
"if you have never been to any other panera bread this place may just be okay. But I love panera so I eat at multiple locations. This one is just bad to me. They never give all the ingredients or it’s like the proportions are smaller than other locations . And this has happened multiple times at this Avon location."
"The guy who took our order last night was very polite, patient, and calm. So I give him 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But From what was ordered… def was not worth $41.59 AT ALL. Bread was tough and not the easiest to taste what was inside the sub sandwich. And the chicken definitely needs to be seasoned better. We were better off going to subway if anything."
"Panera Bread. I always wondered why someone would choose other fast food restaurants other than Panera Bread. I say this due to the bursting flavors of the meals prepared here. Today I had the steak and cheese with the broccoli soup. Fantastic!!! With it I received kettle cooked chips and an agave lemonade. Everything was great!!! Stop in and get something far tastier than your average fast food meal for just a little bit more."
