"Bald man at the front today was rude & accusatory towards me when I was trying to pick up an order.. I am a delivery driver and I have never run into an issue before when I provide the name & show pick-up confirmation- it puts my job at risk when I have to opt out of an order I’ve already been assigned; it also just takes longer for the customer to get their food & is confusing for them when they need to get ahold of their courier… Just be kind. I don’t normally leave reviews unless I find it necessary- as a former cashier I know that there is so much you can do, but it costs absolutely nothing to be professional. It’s called customer service."

"DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME: They delivered my food almost a hour past the time I was quoted. I called and spoke with a manager whom immediately cut me off to say it’s in the way. 20 minutes later no food. I called again requesting a refund and I was told he was processing it but I never received the refund. I will never waste my money with them again. I don’t appreciate the service I received, the poor Management and cold food. Just so we’re clear my food was delivered one hour and half past quoted delivery time and food was cold. Just a terrible experience."

"Horrible service and delivery. They outsource delivery through DoorDash and conveniently don’t mention that in the donatos app at all until AFTER the ordered is placed and I see why. Email said pizza will be delivered to my door by 8:30. At 8:50 the DoorDash driver hadn’t even picked up yet and they were inside of Target doing other orders when I called them. When they finally got to my house over 50 minutes late they literally didn’t have the pizza. They delivered a half order of breadsticks and a marinara and then looked at me and shrugged. Called the restaurant and they said they forgot to give it to the driver and offered for me to pick it up. So I paid and tipped for an extremely late delivery of 6 breadsticks and then ultimately had to go pick up the order anyway. The pizza was of course old and dry from being under the heat lamp for presumably well over and hour"

"Typical Donatos franchise. As always my pizza and salad were fresh and delicious. If you've never had a pizza here it's a thin crust piled high with your toppings of choice. I suggest they're Serious Meat specialty pizza if you're a meat lover. We visited this restaurant in the middle of the day and the service was friendly and lightning fast. The tables and floors were spotless clean. The bathrooms were clean, though the fixtures were old. Access to/from highway 36/Rockville Rd. was quick and easy and parking was ample. Handicap parking is available as well the restaurant has handicap access and bathrooms. Baby changer available in the men's bathroom as well."
