"I just love this store. The employees are always so helpful and sweet, the clothes are adorable, and the atmosphere is always pleasant. This past time I went the girly who helped me was literally so amazing! She kept checking up on me, taking my clothes to the fitting room, gave me fashion advice, showed me pieces I liked in different colors, and so on. Overall I’m so impressed and will continue to come back to my favorite little store in Bripp."
"I walked in Sunday as I was next door buying treats for my dog at the dog bakery. It is nearing Christmas time, and I was walking with about 800 dollars to spend on myself, my nieces and my sister for the coming holiday season. Being that I know there are quite a few botiques in BR I thought I’d do most if not all the Crimea’s shopping for them yesterday. I walked into this store and not a one employee greeted me. There were 2 girls on the floor, looked at me, and continued to talk to each other. I did a pass through the store looking hoping they would greet me, still ignored me. I walked out and then they chose to say goodbye to me. I am a grown woman and I don’t need to be greeted in order to purchase. But I can’t help to feel as though just because I wasn’t ‘targeted demographic’ (not a skinny young girl) that they didn’t want to bother me. I was dressed in sweats because it’s cold and I was doing some hardcore shopping. But I am an accomplished professional, and I am sure to allways train my employees to treat every customer like gold. Absolutly utterly disappointed by this store. Every other Boutique in BR got my business that day! Shame!!"
"My bestie and I really had a lot of fun shopping last Friday. Sammy was so sweet and the rest of the staff were very helpful and polite. My friend got a great deal on a cute blue wrap dress, and I bought a floral two-piece crop top pants outfit that I love! I used to shop here 20 years ago and I am very impressed with how they are doing business today! Their clothes are super cute and they are stocked in XS to XL sizes. And the prices are very reasonable for most of their items. I will definitely be back for some more shopping soon!"
"Great place to find trendy and inexpensive clothing, however, I would not consider it to be high quality, but the price point is nice. Employees are always helpful and quick to offer to start you a fitting room. Yes, they are mostly teenagers so don’t expect a high level of professionalism but I’ve been shopping here for years and haven’t had a bad experience. Definitely a place you have to try everything on and the return policy isn’t great but if you’re looking for a large selection and a quick trendy outfit for a night out, this is your spot."
"Experience rundown: It is Friday evening. The employees, all seven of them?, stood in the middle of the store gossiping. It was very awkward. And the store was busy! Then some boys came in, and they all talked about going to a party and getting sh*tfaced. (Their words, not mine) All while I awkwardly stood in front of a fitting room, waiting to try on an armful of items. I waited awhile, and eventually had to walk over and interrupt so I could try on my items. One snapped to attention, the others continued like nothing happened. I am giving two stars instead of one because the merchandise is SUPER cute. I ended up with several items. Honestly, I would rather pay slightly more and go to Francescas or another local boutique. The lovely ladies at Francescas or Mainstream have never made me feel unwanted in the slightest. At boutiques you are paying for an experience, and you will certainly remember your experience at Pitaya, just not in a positive way."
