"never has enough staff, or staff who knows what they’re doing, you order for mobile pick up and spend another 10 minutes once you get there waiting for it, baristas do not follow stickers completely, and do not understand time management for their position, either full train who you have or remove the starbucks. its been 4 years and you can’t get it right"

"The female employees at this Kroger Starbucks, stand around taking pot-shots, making put-downs & trying to make customers shopping for groceries, generally feel sick about getting groceries here. I would try another Starbuck or buy your own coffee to make at home. They seem to be trying to get attention & use me & my family while doing the above to do so."

"My belief is this location is understaffed due to COVID-19, but the workers are regularly unfriendly & stand-off-ish. They are gleeful when an ingredient is out of stock so they can move you out of line & find a reason to shut down regularly. (Computers, bathroom break, etc.) Perhaps they are overworked, but it’s exhausting. This is the only location open on weekends or I’d never go."

"This Starbucks is located in our local Kroger market. Which we go resupply food several times a week. I haven’t order drinks from this place too much(we normally drive through the 3rd street store). But for those I ordered here, they couldn’t get the drink right for us once. Once I got a watery taste mocha. The other time my GF received a cup of coffee filled with ice from button to top when she asked for no ice in it. And that’s 2 out of 3 times they got the drink wrong for us. What really triggered me is what happened today. I visited the market to stock some foods. My GF and I stopped by to get a drink before leaving. We ordered two drinks. One we asked for “no ice” ended up with half cup of ice in it. The other one we asked to “go easy on ice” ended up half cup of ice in it as well! By the time I found out the staff was adding too much ice for my drink, I asked if she could take out some ice for me right away. And she responded ”no, I don’t think we can do that. You have to ask from the beginning!” Funny enough, we did ask from the very beginning every single time when we order our drinks. I’m ok if the staff got my drinks wrong if the store is very busy atm, and if they are willing to correct it for me(which the 3rd St store corrects it every time, and that place is filled with drive through cars and walk-in customers. They only got the drink wrong for us maybe 1 out of 20 times). I’m not ok when there were only 3 customers around, and 3 staff members were working together behind the counter to get my drinks wrong for me, while they chatting with each other and refusing to correct their mistakes."

"I have never in my life seen a Starbucks as filthy as the one in this Kroger store. Every single table and chair had food on it and around it. Normally I could excuse something like this if the Starbucks was busy.. However, there were three employees standing behind the counter and I was the only customer. I started to sit near the window and the window sill was covered in dead flies. This place should be shut down by the health department!"
