"The worst Starbucks I have ever been too. There were a line of cars around the building, so I went in for takeout. No one in line, three girls behind the counter. One at druve through waitng on drinks, another standing around, the third making drinks. After waiting two minutes with no service, I asked the one making drinks and she asked one of them standing around to take my order. She looked teedoff that she had to move and take my order. She asked in a condeceding way , may I help you. She took my two drink order and I wait and wait and wait. They empty out the drive through and work on online orders, now it has been ten minutes. The one making drinks it is time to take a break and do some texting. She finally gets back to work and eventually starts on my order. In the middle of making mine, a drive up comes and orders. She stops in the middle if making mine and makes the drive through order. It takes over fifteen minutes to make my order when there was no line inside!!! Go to the one around 146th and US31, great service there!!!!!!!"

"Don’t get coffee Thursday mornings - I stop in on my way to my daughter’s therapy. Every Thursday, I order the same drinks, never any different. I order through mobile app. I can’t even joke when I say my coffee is missing something every time I go. Sometimes it’s the cold foam, sometimes it the caramel, today it was the sweet cream and caramel! I hate complaining I really do… but I do not know what it’s like to have my coffee made the right way … the first time.. ever. It’s to the point I leave early just to get there to give them time to fix it. Today was the day they obviously didn’t want to fix it."

"It's Starbucks, you know what you're getting. BUT, the drive thru situation at this location is absolutely horrendous. The drive line COMPLETELY blocks the limited parking spaces to go inside. And, look at those lines inside!! It's ridiculous ."

"This locations has so much going for it— clean location and friendly staff. When they get crushed with mobile orders and drive through this location just can’t keep up. If I submit an order for two hot drinks, I’m often waiting 20-30 minutes (no exaggeration) past the expected wait time. I see the staff working hard, so not sure if it’s just too much throughput for the building with the hot bar/cold bar, call-outs, maybe some combination."
