Domino's Pizza

"I always put my order in either on the app or online on the computer. I let them know when I am going to come and pick my order up so that way it will be hot and ready to go when I get there. I have never ever had to wait a long time for my food. It is always fresh out of the oven. And so good. I always order the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza because it is so good and the only kind of pizza that I can eat. Dominos has always been pretty good. The atmosphere is great, service is fast and on time. Food is amazing. The Staff is wonderful."

"We have always ordered from this store but they have steadily gotten worse. The pizza we got tonight was the last straw! There was very little sauce or toppings and dry hard crust! This is the last time we will be ordering from this dominoes in Westfield."

"Ordered on 11/3/23 - tipped 31% - food got here after a complete other delivery that had the driver pass literally my house. You could see him drive right pass us. 15 minutes later - our pizza got to us cold. The box wasn’t even warm. But driver enjoyed his 31% and could care less. Tonight we try it again. Different driver, again passes my house to “ deliver a nearby order “ that’s 20 minutes away . I can’t wait to enjoy this cold pizza. I preheated my oven for when it makes its arrival. I’m done giving this place opportunities to redeem itself. I think it’s time as a corporation to wash your hands of this franchise, and let another business take your space ."

"Waited 35 minutes and saw that my order was not cooking yet. Called and spoke with Shaye, he said they were running at least 90 minutes. Asked why the app would give a completely different estimate. He said he didn’t know he didn’t care they were running 90 minutes. Based on previous reviewer, I requested my money back I don’t have that kind of time. It’s a shame, I haven’t tried Domino’s in a long time. And I will not be trying them ever again."

"Their driver Michael is amazing and deserves a raise! He was awesome with finding us even though the apps auto location finder put the wrong address (it wasn’t my house so I didn’t know) and he was so polite. He had to come twice because our order was messed up and he was to grateful for the tips and gracious and talkative and awesome! He earned them 5 stars when I would’ve given 2 or 3 stars. We ordered some wings, garlic knots and 2 large pizzas. You can see in the first photos that our wings came barely drizzled with sauce and the garlic knots were very bare ( no taste). We called to complain and they corrected the issue right away. Travice the GM did his best to help and corrected the wings and garlic knots. When we got the corrected order as you can see in the photos they were comically drenched in sauce which was funny and we were excited. Don’t skimp on the sauce ya’ll!!"
