"I used to love this place but lately there's never anybody who responds to the drive-thru when you pull up to order. This has happened multiple times in the last week so I'm officially done supporting this business. Smoothie King it is from now on."
"Pulled up to the drive through at 5:20 to pick up an online order. They told me the drive through was closed and to come inside. Took forever to get food/smoothies. Likely due to all the girls working standing around gossiping about coworkers that aren’t on their current shift. Half my order has been done since walking in, and 25 minutes later finally got my food. All cold by the way."
"We first moved here. We would go here often but lately they’ve been understaffed and they been getting our orders wrong the last time we got our order wrong the person in drive-through respond by stating we’re short staffed, which to me is no excuse for getting something wrong, but while I do have empathy, I can also candidly conclude the quality of service and subsequently the food has not been as good as when we first start going here"

"We have been (im)patiently waiting for this shop to open! It was so worth the wait. I ordered the Island Green which was the perfect mix to not be too sweet. My husband ordered the Triple Berry Oat which was very thick and filling because of the oats, but still tasted great. Note there are only two sizes: 24 oz and 12 oz. Unless you specify, the default is 24 oz. 12 oz is considered their junior size. Update: the drive thru was very quick and convenient. And the staff did great with Covid procedure."
