If you’re bored or don’t really need repairs, then you might call to hear his voice message. Don’t expect a call back. "This is the first negative review I’ve left on google. I try to highlight the good and stay away from the not-so-good, keeping my opinion to myself. This company was initially on it. Hunter, the technician was pleasant and efficient on his visits. My dishwasher needed a new motor after further issues and the part was ordered, or at least I was told that was the case. The initial appointment to install the part was cancelled as the part had not arrived - no issues here. However, no call/no show on the rescheduled date. Multiple attempts to contact the company with no response. They simply fell off the radar. I didn’t choose this company as it was a warranty issue. Lowes too, never received a response and so they’ve assigned a new company to address the issue. Take your business elsewhere."
"Update: then MAYBE return one of my MULTIPLE calls, voicemail, texts, or emails. The customer deserves to be kept in the loop! You came out on 12/26 and then radio silence until a customer complains to Lowes? That's not appropriate. I have been extremely patient waiting on you to respond like a company should, I can't help that you don't respond or even show up! If you don't have the part, then don't make an appointment. Not that it would matter anyway cause like I said, no call no show and no communication. Still unprofessional. And clearly from your MANY other reviews, there are MANY unhappy Lowes customers. It's sad the only time you will respond to a customer is when they leave a bad review. Absolutely unprofessional company. Service tech came out and diagnosed lowes warranty claim issue. J Chaplin was supposed to come out 1/2. No call no show. I have called and left messages, I have text multiple times, and I have emailed. No response. I have reported them to Lowes and Lowes Warranty said others should do the same! Completely unprofessional and do yourself a favor. Don't even bother with them!"
"Expert Appliance Repair came out as scheduled and diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher. They ordered the part and scheduled an appointment to install the part. However, the part was delayed and I was notified. They scheduled another appointment to install the part after they received it. Blake installed the part and assured there were no leaks quickly and efficiently. I am pleased that I could get my dishwasher back in commission, especially during the holiday season. I give Expert Appliance Repair a thumbs up!"
