"Dudes in here have some serious control and power issues…getting behind 1 payment makes you a sub par citizen and threats begin to occur. Not only are some of the guys rude , but have a petty nature to them. Manager is currently mad at me for not wanting to make a payment earlier before its due. Like dude its about to be christmas…paying a behind payment on top of the late fee before christmas and you want me to pay on something currently not due yet? Then was being rude about not wanting to do it. As if im pulling money directly from his pocket…god bless and hopefully whatever is going on here can be fixed for better customer service."
