"My fridge went out a week ago and I rent so my management company goes through this company for appliance repairs. They came out and said it wasn’t repairable and I needed a new one. Robert and the lovely ladies that I talked to on the phone were amazing! Robert and this company went out of their way for me and I couldn’t be happier. I didn’t ask him but Robert knew exactly what I was thinking and wanted and brought me a fridge where the doors open in the right direction. You don’t know how inconvenient it is when the doors open opposite the main part of the kitchen. Robert knows. I don’t understand the negative reviews on here. You can’t always get your way right away and sometimes you gotta just deal with things that aren’t in anyone’s control. They can only do so much, they’re human. Just be calm, nice and understanding and you’ll get that in return just like I got from Robert and this company. "They never showed up to do the work and the person that answered the phone said the technician diagnosed the problem, without ever coming to my home and seeing it. Then she wanted me to pay $300 for the part, without knowing when the part was going to arrive or when the work could be completed. The least professional service industry business I have ever used."

"Just bought a whirlpool washer & dryer set and couldn't be happier with my experience. The man scheduling my appointment was accommodating and the delivery men were great. They called me when they were within 30 minutes of delivery, and were very professional and courteous (as well as fast) once they arrived. They even cleaned up after themselves! I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a good deal at a fair price."

For 800 I should've had what I paid for I just want my matching set or my money back! We never do business with them again!"
