"Avoid this shop at all costs. We had a long repair job there a year ago (yes I procrastinated that much) with electrical problems on a Chrysler Town & Country. It went on for weeks. They just kept throwing parts at it and charging us, and not fixing the root issue. It should have gone to a dealer. Twice we picked it up, only to have it very quickly have the same or similar electrical problems. Twice they tried to 'make it right', only to charge us for more parts, only to still not fix the issue. We thought it was finally fixed, but then the same issues arose a couple months later. We actually live in Indianapolis and so was just glad to finally get it out of there. Had to pay more to finally resolve the issue at the dealer. Wanted to go back and seek some restitution but just not worth it to keep going back."

"The rep was great but the system apparently didn't log in my appointment so I drove 3 hours for nothing. Not sure who's at fault so just call to be sure you're in the system before driving there. The front service lady was great though!"

"Never come here, never, it's just not worth it. I came in for a repair, and was told would take "3 -5 business days", by the end it had been close to a month and they didn't even fix the issue. Every-time I called for a check-up, the wrong part was ordered, they messed up installing the part, or someone wasn't in to talk too me. I ordered an oil change - and they forgot to change the oil; they drained it, but didn't put any back in. I've never written a review before, and likely never will again, but this shop did such a bad job I just can't in good faith not leave a warning. I took my car out of this shop, despite it costing me hundreds down the line, it was bad. If you're reading this, it's probably a good idea to read the reviews, I wish I had. Overall: 0/10 stars, Nice People, but the service was beyond bad and I don't know enough about cars to know if I've been completely scammed."

"Typical money gouging practices... I go there sometimes because I work downtown and the location is convenient. Once got an oil change where they didn't refill the oil and my car seized and started smoking a block away from the place. Had to go straight back. Got an oil change last week and they changed my air filters. Left and the check engine light came on. Took it back this week and they charged me $120 to read the electronic error code for the check engine light and recommended I replace the cabin air filter. I told them I paid for them to do that a week ago. They did not explain or apologize. I hate feeling like I'm getting gouged because I'm not a car guy. I wouldn't trust them"
