"This place is so unprofessional, they call you to pick up your prescription and when you make it to them before EARLY closing hours they say they can’t fill it because it’s too soon! This is after you expressed over the phone to them, then they look at you as if your the one that is at the wrong. The lack of interest and customer care from the actual pharmacist is unreal. She could not even apologize for the inconvenience of having to leave work early to make the closing hours."

"I go there about once a month. Nice clean store. Always greeted when I come in and the pharmacy personnel are always nice and helpful. This is not a big deal to me but I was looking at their facemasks with the Martinsville logo and noticed on the opposite side of the logo is the national flag of Thailand. I guess whomever designed it wasn't aware that the U.S. isn't the only country that uses red, white and blue on its flag."

"DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY! Rude, unprofessional, clueless staff who put you on hold for 10 minutes or don’t understand your questions: they sit on the phone...silent. The pharmacy has consistently messed up or made a refill difficult. It either can’t be refilled even though it’s time AND I get notices telling me it’s time to refill. My most recent attempt to refill my meds (it’s just one prescription I’m to take daily) couldn’t be refilled because I gave the script to Walgreens in my hometown I was visiting for 2 weeks. They won’t transfer it now. I talked to the pharmacy tech who did not understand my question (and quite frankly had a tenuous grasp on the English language and seemed so clueless, like maybe she forgot where she was or what her job is supposed to be) overall seemed confused and didn’t attempt to try to see if she could refill it. She transferred me to the pharmacist who informed me of what the apparent problem was. She told me to have my doctor call in a new prescription when I have one I tried to give them that they won’t take, only the doctor can call one in even though this was given to me 3 weeks ago. She was rude, unprofessional, and practically hung up on me even after putting me on hold 2 times to “take care of something else.” Drive to a different pharmacy. Do not use this one."
