"They shorted 3 of my RX’s , 90 pills , 4, and 4 and when I told them , they just said “ you picked them up “ DUH ! Guess I should count them too !"

"They are EXTREMELY busy but they are still courteous and professional. People need to give them a break they are short staffed like a lot of businesses. **I would give them 5 stars but closing without notice isnt right. They need to get a telephone recording how long you will be on hold as an example 5 people ahead 35 min wait. Or simple make the line BUSY!!(Take the phone off the hook). I"

"Least reliable pharmacy in Martinsville. Polite staff, but extremely short handed. Pharmacy may close without notice on a given day. Frustrating and unacceptable. Waited 1 hour 43 mins on hold, spanning 3 phone calls. Would never choose them again, and am switching pharmacies. One star pharmacy, plus an extra star just because I feel bad for the overworked staff."

"The CVS in Martinsville has went above and beyond for me when I first moved here and I will always be grateful for that But with that being said ….Nashville CVS and College Mall Rd Bloomington have treated me like I was less than a human being and intentionally done things to make my experience and life miserable I would give them both 0 stars if I could!"

"Pharmacist Angela Swiezy has no place dealing with the public. Worst addition to the store's staff. Sadly, her demeanor makes me not trust her which is something you don't want from a care provider. Everyone else in the pharmacy is awesome. Thank you Kim, Wendy, Jana and Kelly."
