"OVER PRICED AND NO WAY TO TRY CLOTHING ON. ALSO TOOK THE 1/2 DEALS AWAY. GREED, FOR ALL FREE ITEMS...."
"I'm cleaning out my mother's home and took 7 large bags to this location. The kid unloading my car was purposely throwing the bags down as hard as he could, breaking a lot of good items. He broke 2 ceramic canisters by throwing them on the conveyor belt on purpose. I will be finding a different thrift store after this experience."
"Good experience at this Martinsville location. They do not seem to have as much inventory as other locations. As I was looking at ties the person working said they had many more ties in the back. If you have more bring them out! I might buy more because most of them on the floor are stained and old. Just saying... Employees working were nice and the store was clean. Not my first time here and I plan to come back. 4 stars today. ⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"Not all of my bags were handed back to me. I have the "I'm his MRS" but don't have the "I'm her Mr." Picture I done paid for it and your store phone number isn't working. The number has been disconnected. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do because I paid for both pictures and only got one. Yesterday when I left I didn't notice it wasnt with my stuff till after I had got home but it's shows on my receipt that it's been paid for."
"I took a toddler bed and mattress with a load of donated items and was told the store doesn't accept mattresses, understandable. I pulled my car up so the next vehicle could be unloaded and got the mattress back out to strap to the roof of my car (I was going shopping afterwards.) While I was getting bungie cords out an employee approached me from behind and told me if I didn't get the mattress loaded back up they'd call the police on me for illegal dumping. That sat well enough with me that I decided to see the manager, whose justification of the employees behavior was an explanation of why Goodwill doesn't accept mattresses. One exceptionally rude employee and dim manager are enough to warrant my future donations being done in Franklin."
