"I had such a horrible experience at the KFC in La Porte tonight. Not only did I wait over 30 minutes for my 8 pc chicken meal, but even after debating with them over not charging me extra for replacing the 2 wings with 2 legs, I did not get what I asked for after waiting soo...long with the switching of the 2 pieces and the chicken breading and pieces fell apart. Just was not acceptable and they agreed with me about it. Needless to say I did not get a chicken dinner after all of that. Very upset!"

"So, I swung by KFC the other day, and it was just okay. The service was a bit slow, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized. It took longer than expected to get my order sorted out, which was a bit frustrating. Also, the place could have been cleaner. It looked like they hadn't cleaned up properly after the lunch rush."

"I rarely eat out or get takeout however I do love fried chicken. We got KFC a large family order. The chicken was so disgusting we had to throw it away. It was extremely overcooked and so greasy the grease was oozing out of the bottom of the carton. It was 20 minutes back to the store. I didn’t even bother taking it back figured I’d get more of the same. We had gotten chicken here a little over a year ago as well and it was also disgusting at that time. The breading had fallen off, it was cooked that way and overcooked. We had called at that time they said they took our name but when we went back magically they had no record of it. What happened to old fashioned good customer service?"

"Worst customer service, including the manager, so I am not surprised that there aren’t any standards being practiced. The food is below average, and they have no problem being disrespectful to customers if you ask for fresh chicken instead of the soggy chicken that has been sitting under heat lamps for hours. Choose elsewhere to spend your hard -working, earned money."

"The chicken sandwich was filling. However the lobby floor was dirty. The Mac n Cheese tasted very fake, I can’t even finish it. And they forgot to give me a fork. Also, was I was sitting here a guest walked in with a wrong order which I hear is common over reviews. The positivity of the workers is very good as well as the helpfulness."
