"I took my 4 year old twins there for lunch and we were treated so nice ! Our food was hot and good the place was spotless.. One girl at the register was training a new employee and both were so nice not only to me, but to my little grandchildren."
"I frequently get wrong items. They often forget the bacon I pay extra for. Today they got the burger wrong again and by the time I went inside and got the right one all my other food was cold. I'm still waiting 2 weeks later for them to make good on an order that was messed up. Have them read back your order and check the bag before you leave is my advice!"
"Nearly every time I order from this location, the food is wrong. I'm tired of going back to get the corrected order. I've been told by a lead that my sweet tea was not supposed to be that sweet (not sweet at all). They consistently put double the condiments on that I ask to be kept off. The only good thing is the food seems fresh because of how busy they are. That said, if you mess up 9 out of 10 orders, there is a definite problem. Especially when I waited 25 minutes in a drive-through line."
"Many times I’ve had poor service at this location, it is what it is; but this time I decided to do a review because of fries. I was flabbergasted. I went through the drive-thru… two orders of apple slices, a large fry, and a large sweet tea. Apple slices were fine. The sweet tea was fine. The large order of fries that my kid and I were going to split, was a bust. It was MAYBE half full. I paid for a large fry and I get the size of maybe a medium? I am so irritated..money is tight for me and my family and since I go to McDonald’s to make my dollars stretch to get more food..but I got less, seriously? I’ve been disappointed many times, but this time is by far the most disappointing because I’ve never not received enough food…the store wasn’t even busy and I was the only one that went thru the drive up, no one behind me either… and y’all couldn’t even give me what I ordered for fries!! A big sarcastic thanks for the inconvenience of wasting my money. Giving me and my kid less food than what I actually paid for. Sorry but not sorry…but shame on you, whoever gave me this."
