"Everything was back to the best we've learned to expect with Cracker Barrel. Seating was quick and ideal. Service prompt and courteous. Food was excellent. We asked if new management, and discovered that is the case. The past few times we've been disappointed with all elements. This time, perfect again!!"

"I really enjoy Cracker Barrel. I like the food and the prices are reasonable. This particular visit was not the norm. I ordered the roast beef with fried okra and cole slaw and corn muffins. The muffins were actually cold. The roast beef was tough and the gravy was not even warm. The okra and slaw were good."

"Today's dining experience was not what I have come to expect from Cracker Barrel. We arrived at 12:23. We expected to wait, given the time. We were seated at about 1:02. It took awhile for the wait staff to arrive and take or order, which we received about 30 minutes later. We had the chicken and dumplings. One order was the main entree and the other was a side. It was cold and the chicken was almost non existent. The mashed potatoes and gravy were also cold. I know the restaurant industry is still trying to recover from COVID-19 and look forward to a better experience during our next visit. The best part was having lunch with my wife! We also enjoyed the gift shop and found a deal to give us an early start on our Christmas shopping. I should also mention that the staff and other patrons were nice and friendly."
