Dollar General 2024 U.S. 35, Knox, IN 46534

"You drive up there expecting them to be open till 10 PM and they’re closed at 6 PM. This is happened at least five times to me. The shelves are half empty and the coolers are closed off with tape across them no food items."

"Messy isles and low stock on shelves...I love Dollar General but this particular store is not a favorite of mine. The staff is always friendly & the location is perfect. The store is always a wreck and unorganized and under stocked, esp on sale items! Honestly I think the management needs overhauled. Until than, I will go the extra distance to the Dollar General on Main St."

"I like the store being available, but the stock carts being full in the aisle all over the store everything every single day any time of the day is absurd. I mean it's ridiculous. I'm am one not prone to exaggeration and this is not an exaggeration. I can't imagine any other business operating like that. Didn't stock rooms occur to the planners and builders?? Kind of just weird or lazy or I don't know..."

"I'd give a better review if they had more reputable employees. I called to ask a question and was asked to hold. I could hear everything going on as all they did was put the phone down to deal with a customer. When finished, they put the phone on their belt and went to talk to their coworker about what they were gonna do after work that day and how their weekend went and how much they hated so and so. Eventually I had to hang up because I was obviously not important enough to remember and answer. Instead I drove there from North Judson (our store was out of what I needed) and hoped I wasn't treated the same way in person."

"I just seen a picture of the isle with spills and things everywhere....sorry but I've only seen this store clean, even when inventory is stocked on the shelves. The employees are very nice and helpful. I really appreciate it. Thanks, to the employees, you should be proud of yourselves."
