"i’m surprised this place gets any business with how anti-person and anti-consumer the environment is. signs that demand only dine-in customers can get refills. instead of being handed a cup and straw when you order, the staff makes you wait until your food is done and gives you your drink with it. kiosks that perpetually nonfunctional. employees don’t ask if you’re dining in. you get no food trays, so if you happen to sit at a dirty table, you have to eat from a bare, dirty table. i don’t blame the staff for any of this. i’m sure they’re underpaid and overworked, like most of the rest of us. this is the fault of ownership. whoever owns this place and is really in charge should be ashamed. i remember coming here after church and loving every moment. now i feel unwelcome. i recommend avoiding this place until the ownership takes responsibility and makes the necessary changes."

"I took my son and my two little granddaughters to the McDonald’s in Knox Indiana on January 8 2024 around 4 PM and was sitting there inside the lobby eating and I heard a Store employee, which was a manager, screaming. I turned around and she is screaming at an old man and berating Him Mercilessly. He wasn’t just older he was an elderly gentleman. He tried to de-escalate the situation by shaking her hand, and she refused, continued screaming at him to where everyone in the restaurant could hear her. Literally, five minutes later, another gentleman walked in the store who was in the drive-through and got a wrong order and he spoke with her and she refused to make the order right or give him a refund and started screaming at him to get out of her store, he asked for her name she refused to give it just repeated screaming at him, telling him to leave. This was the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life and I do not even know the woman’s name because she refused to give it. She was either a store manager or a shift manager. She has no business at all whatsoever working in the public. I know there was a police report made by the gentleman because she refused him his food or a refund, and I did speak with police officer who agreed that this is a corporate matter, but that he was involved, Because , she refused to give him his money back. The fact that she screamed at two gentlemen in the span of about 15 minutes while I was there is absolutely Ludacris. She has no business working with the public and customer service and I would really like to see her gone. Shame on her shame on her, mainly for screaming at that old man like that I never heard a word from him. I just saw him trying to shake her hand , but she was having none of it. I never write reviews like this, but this needs to be told, and something needs to be done about that woman she is going to ruin their business. Some people just cannot handle positions of authority And she is obviously one of them. Restaurant 101 is customer is always right."

"My big Mac had its tongue sticking out at me and it totally made my night! It was delicious as well with just the right amount of Mac sauce!"

"I don't usually rate Mickey Ds, but this one impressed me. It was around 8pm and they were slammed. Line moved quickly and we had a little wait for 2 orders (one including a cookie tote). They were so nice when bringing out the hottest, freshest food I've ever had from the golden arches. I forgot to ask for extra ketchup, and so I decided to go in and get some. They immediately went into, "Is something wrong? How can we help??" Mode. It was impressive. The food was delicious and my remaining fries were still warm when I had finished my burger."

"Really cute McDonald's. But unfortunately that's the only nice thing I can say. We ordered on the kiosk, it didn't give us a receipt which isn't unusual but we let it go. 30 minutes later we were back at the register asking where our food was. It was crazy busy because a local cross country meet just finished so we were expecting a wait. When we asked the cashier just laughed and said that they are turned inside out right now. She asked for our order number, which we don't have and we're only able to give her the table tent number. 10 minutes later we got the food. No drinks. I went behind the counter and got yelled at for getting my own cups. My wife ended up with two cheeseburgers when she ordered hamburgers. When she called them on it she was told they can't remake it without an order number. Lesson learned. We won't be back."
