"Thank you Emily for helping me fix my phone bill. I came in the store at the beginning of July and Breanna and Cassandra were working. I was the first customer in the store, they over looked me to help another customer who was purchasing a phone. After waiting 45min, they finally helped me, I just wanted to pay my bill, they put in the wrong number! Then I didn't have service for hours. It was finally corrected and the girls said I had a free month of service that was a lie. Emily called customer service for me and it said a $55 payment was made my bill is $70. I believe they pocketed my money. Emily was phenomenal fixing everything."
