"Both the pharmacy and the retail store are chronically and consistently understaffed. UPDATE: I'm leaving CVS after decades of having them fill all my prescriptions. I tried three times to pick up a set of four prescriptions. Each time there were unacceptably long lines forcing me to leave. Now I'm told the prescriptions have been returned to inventory."

"My mom's a cancer patient for the she's been getting her pain medication at this pharmacy for a year the last three months they've been screwing her over. When it's time for her medicine to be filled rs always out of stock which puts my mother in a bad predicament. That means she's out of medicine for at least three days for the last three months. It should be common sense to order it ahead of time. They are rude. It takes hours on the phone to even reach them. Just for them to hang up"
