"RP had a special on Dewalt cordless tools. Buy 1 tool and get free battery. I was going to purchase a 3/8 cordless ratchet and took it to checkout and ask about the free battery. Nope out of batteries. I ask for a rain check for the battery. SNOBBY cashier said no rain checks. Fine, I will keep going to tractor supply. Much better store. They care about there customers!"
"Need more stuff in there. Loved the Amish selection you had that was my favorite and had almost everything I needed. But all in all staff was great help and good people. Just need more stuff. KEEP THE AMISH FOOD!"
"Wish I could leave less stars. It never fails I go in that store for various items week to week and they either don’t carry it at all or they’re always out of stock and I have to drive to Attica (Tractor Supply) or Frankfort (Rural King). I always ask to check the back or to locate something. An employee recently told me to “wait till July, it’ll get better.” I thought it was supposed to be better when the lumber company bought it. The employees are always very nice though. That’s about all I can say. We need a rural king."
