"They were super busy doing some fundraiser for a school but we only waited an extra couple minutes for our door and it was great! Friendly staff and great atmosphere! Worth the wait. Kids played with other kids in the lobby. A laid back family atmosphere!"

"Have had mostly good experiences with this Domino's in the past, but tonight was a bad enough experience that I likely won't return. When I placed my order online, the app showed 33-43 minutes until it would be ready. After 45 minutes and the online tracker still showed "Prep" I went to the store assuming the tracker was just bugged or that my order would be ready in a few minutes. I should not have assumed this... Upon arriving I was told they were "really busy" and my order wasn't ready yet. I asked when it would be. I was met with a shrug and a "maybe 30 minutes to an hour". That would have put the total time after placing the order, for carryout, between 1.5-2 hours. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my online purchase since I didn't want to wait that long. I was told they can't refund online orders... At this point I feel sort of stuck and asked if they could deliver it to me when it was ready. Instead, I was told to call back in 30 minutes and if it was ready then come back to the store to pick it up. Again, not acceptable customer service. I told them the only acceptable options would be to deliver it, make it sooner, or refund my order. If they couldn't do any of those things, then I would contact corporate to get a refund that way instead. They went to confer with their manager, and as they returned to give me the news, the manager yelled very loudly "AND TELL HIM I AM CORPORATE". Long story short, they were indeed able to cancel and refund my order even though originally claiming they couldn't. The service was slow, the manager was rude, and almost 2 hours for a one pizza carryout order is sad, especially when the estimate was 33-43 minutes. I am sympathetic with businesses and employees that get overwhelmed, but instead of solving the problem in any way, they shrugged their shoulders and tried to push the burden on me to take care of the issue. Sad to say it since this location is close to home for me, but I won't be returning to it. At least show some respect and concern for customers when you can't follow through on good service."

"Reserved the party room for our Dungeons and Dragons group for game night. It was a wonderful time. I hesitated reserving the space as our game sessions usually run 4-5 hours. This was no issue. The party room has a table that seats 12, a whiteboard, and HDMI hookup for the TV on the wall. It is a very good space for a variety of uses. The deposit was very reasonable and could be used towards food/drinks the day of our event."

"I wouldn’t give 1 star if I could. My 2 young children had a sleep with their 2 little friends at their grandmas and I ordered 3 pizzas and a 2 liter sprite. My kids grandma sent me pictures of what dominoes brought to her for the 4 kids and of course they let us down again sending in 3 burnt pizzas. I wouldn’t feed that to the homeless if it was up to me. I am so upset!!! I called and whoever answered the phone argued with me and told me that he does not give refunds and that I will not get a refund. Hmmm My son is possibly on a spectrum level and he has issues with texture, taste and what his food looks like. He will only eat goldfish and cheese pizza if it’s made right. Any parent with children on a spectrum can vouch on how picky our special babies are. My poor son freaked out disappointed to have opened the box and see burnt pizza. I will never never ever again buy from any dominoes ever again."
