"Ordered online and picked up the order. Had someone else in our family grab it due to convenience. Unfortunately, this person didn't check the order, and we ended up missing both AU Jus cups for the two French dips we purchased. Very disappointing, come back and get them, I was told. It's a 20 min drive one way to get there, not about to spend 40 min for something that should have been in the order in the first place. No other solution offered. We won't be returning."
