"Worst burger king I’ve ever been to. If there was an option to rate it 0 stars I would. Just went there tonight and I’m pretty sure everyone who works at this Burger King is on drugs. I ordered a burger that was supposed to come with 2 Pattie’s and cheese only had one patty and no cheese and to top it off the bun was so hard it could crack your teeth needless to say I didn’t eat it. Not only that I also ordered a spicy chicken wrap for my wife and they literally wrapped up a chicken tender 3 scrap pieces of lettuce and some hot sauce plain disgusting and a waste of the $30+ dollars I spent all together tonight at this location I would just steer clear of this store and pick something else unless you want nasty disgusting and inedible food."
"My experience was amazing, I've heard many negative things about our greencastle burger king but I came on 12/10 after my late night work shift, and the crew they had there was amazing. Very polite, hot food, sanitary work stations, night shift was really respectful"
"Waited over 10 minutes just to order. We left and ate elsewhere Not enough employees. The ones there were doing their best. Menus are broken inside the restraunt and in drive thru flashing and glitching cause seizures and is not acceptable."
"The digital menu on drive thru and inside flash and glitch and caused me to have seizures. There were maybe 2 people trying to run the whole restaurant. I waited over 10 min just to order. Upper management should just be close down the stores when there aren't enough workers maybe corporate will start getting the hint poor wages and substandard service make customers walk out and not return. I felt sorry for the workers there just doing their best."
"Waited 6 minutes for an employee to acknowledge us, and we were the only people in the dining room. They don't care about service. They served our sandwiches but hadn't even dropped our onion rings, said they would bring them to us, but forgot. I should have left but I'll NEVER go back to this location."
