"If you order via their app, there's a 60/40 chance you're missing items. Time and time again, I make the mistake of ordering for pickup, and at least 50% of the time, an item or multiple items is just missing. Does nobody check the receipt that's taped to the bag? The smallest amount of effort would avoid this issue, but they clearly don't care enough to bother."

"I walked in and ordered some tacos and the nacho chips and cheese sauce. The sweet young person with glasses (however they identify) took my order and confused the chips for nacho fries. I noticed the mistake and went inside and asked for a switch to what I ordered. The manager came up and not only gave me the chips and extra sauce, they let me keep the nacho fries when I was completely willing to give them back. I greatly appreciate the extra step and hope the worker who took my order wasn't reprimanded at all for the mistake. We are all human and make mistakes, that also means as customers we shouldn't barge inside and scream at these poor workers when a little kindness will get you so much."

"So if you dine-in there most likely won't be a cashier to take your order as employees look at you waiting for you to go to kiosk, so that's what we did. I was looking forward to getting my favorite mex pizza so I ordered 2. Now comes the problem... The food tast like chemicals infused product. The pizza was deceptive as that it had pasty chem-beens with chem-meat surrounding it. I felt robbed and why the hell it taste like chemicals! I think we put to much trust in fast food that they could mix life altering chemicals in food and we allow it by keep going back for more. What is the chemicals in food and is there some long term harm ingesting the hidden substance? Well I'm done with Taco Bell and any fast food that give lacking service and mystery food. Work ethics is lacking these days."
