"The West Lafayette Talbot's is a gem, and Asia, the manager, and the sales associates, especially my personal associate Julie, are all wonderful. They are friendly, attentive to my needs, give honest feedback about styles I am trying on, and regularly assist me in ordering items not in the store and in purchasing and sending gifts. My sister, who lives in Pittsburgh, prefers to order from the West Lafayette Talbot's because the sales associates offer more high quality customer service than in the Pittsburgh area. The store is always neat and tastefully appointed, and Julie and others spend time to ensure that customers see how fashions can be worn and accessorized. They deserve more than five stars!"

"Great store. The customer service is wonderful. Wife and I are in there couple times a month it seems like. For me love their Cambridge pants and have couple of other pants from them, have bought a couple sweaters from them also. Love their seasonal socks they offer as well. They offer all sizes which is great to see, from misses, petites, petite plus and plus sizes. Wife is plus size and she loves what Talbots offers. She bought a new top today. It has to be shipped, but usually the orders are less than a week for shipping. We will be back to the store once they get summer clothing in stock. Going to buy a couple outfits for our vacation this year."

"Been 3 years since I visited Talbot's. Great service. Great sales pricing. Clothing seems to be more current fashion than in the past. Still high quality, on the traditional side, but more "with it". I'll return sooner than 3 yrs!"
