"Ordered something as a Christmas present and paid for it online. 11 days went by, absolutely nothing. Have tried repeatedly to contact them and they flat out will not answer. Their system says "press 0 to speak to a store associate". You can call all day and press zero, nobody picks up. Absolutely terrible customer service. Update: 5 straight days not answering the phone or returning a message. No help from their outsourced customer service. But they will sure take your money."
