I went here cause it was close to my house, but after my experience today i will no longer be giving them my business"

"Made my order through drive threw. The gentleman that took my order was great even tho he got the order wrong. I asked for a Fanta grape 0 because I'm diabetic. They gave me a fantastic orange with sugar. I asked for no onions because of an allergy but they put them on there anyway. Ordered a chocolate frosty it was nothing but form, no ice cream at all. The young lady at the window had a major attitude. This was a total waste of my money for real. Never going back."

"I never leave reviews so for me to come here and leave a review the service was TERRIBLE they got ignorant cashiers in the lobby who mishear YOUR order then get mad when u correct them, how do you mess up a order and im literally in your face?? and y’all attitudes are way too nasty to be 30+ with probably no high school degree working in fast food, dont work if you dont like it. Another thing how is it possible the employees that work there don’t know how to do their own job?? I have always been able to make modifications to my meal but all of a sudden i cant anymore?? This wendys SUCKS and the way yall be acting when people come in there like yall jobs aint working with customers is CRAZY"

"I've gone to this location and things seem to be very consistent. Service is fast, including feeling rushed when placing my order. Before I can finish saying one thing I'm asked "anything else?" So annoying! When I pull around to the window to pay that's when I learn that they charge me for a large size everything! Never ask or tell size. Overall bad attitudes by multiple drive thru workers. The final straw was yesterday on my way to work. The normal happened. I got to the window and the worker flung a bag of food at me. When I grabbed the bag I noticed that it wasn't my order. I handed it back to her and simply said, "this isn't mine." She took the order to a parked car in front of me after I had access to the bag. When she came back in from delivering orders she asked another worker why I was still there. She gave me my food and I left. Despite how convenient the location is for me I will not be returning to this location. The employee attitudes are terrible!"
