"I ordered 2 jalapeño burgers & a chicken slider. The jalapeño burgers were great (no complaints) BUT the chicken slide was saddening. I wasn’t tripping on the bread being hard, but I was upset about the chicken breast being COLD. Literally inedible cold. I called and complained immediately! A lady name Danielle said “Cold? It literally just came out the fryer” Yeah well, maybe! But apparently it wasn’t in the fryer long enough. Disappointing. She did offer to replace it so I appreciate that. #DoBetterWhiteCastle."

"I ordered 5 white castles, no cheese, I received 5 white castles with cheese but in the blue box. I don’t know if they were short staffed, if they were dreaming of Santa since it was Christmas Eve or they just didn’t care but they need to get it together. Mine wasn’t the only order messed up by them this evening."

"Stopped in today (12/10/23) for a quick meal and ate inside. Team was killing it and the manager was serving up a great attitude working both the drive thru and in-store counter. Obviously the sliders were on point, but I wanted to comment on the staff most of all as they deserve some applause."
