"For the past year, or so, I've noticed a major change in the quality of the Taco Bell Taco Supreme. This menu item is the only thing I have eaten for 30 years from Taco Bell. The seasoned meat is disgusting! It is so salty and watered down that you can't taste the seasonings. This gray red mess soaks the Taco shells both soft and hard, making them stick to the paper. The cheese is always dried and takes like plastic. You're lucky if you can find the sour cream because it's usually a very small blop at one end or the other. The lettuce and tomatoes are limp, soggy, and, at times, rotten. It's such a shame because I gave Hobart, Portage, and Merrillville multiple chances this year, but until there are some major changes, I won't eat Taco Bell's Taco Supreme again."

"Ordered online, the app charged us twice and we still didn't get our food. Telling us we need to contact corporate for further help and they are closed. So I won't be wasting my time with this establishment anymore. Customer service these days is just totally lackluster."

"Worth the wait!! We were skeptical of this Taco Bell, but it turned out to be the BEST Taco Bell we’ve had in a while. Nacho chips were fresh and cheese was the perfect warmth! Chalupas made perfectly and so were the soft tacos. I was a little sad they ran out of one of my favorite freezes but overall this was stellar fast food. Bravo to this Hobart TBell team!"

"On a Tuesday at 7am while in the area, I went there to have breakfast, first time ever at a TB. Not really busy, I saw one pick up customer and several cars in the Drive-through. I asked the young lady what she recommends for breakfast and she was very friendly and patient explaining to me the choices. So I ordered for dine-in a Bell breakfast box and a Steak Burrito combo, as I was very hungry. They had the order out really fast, I was not in a hurry so I could have waited. Everything was hot and it tasted good. The place was really clean, the background music not blasting over the loudspeakers like at other fast food places. I know it was early and it would be different on a, say, Saturday night but I had a good experience. I would go back there, so that's it."
