"I'm very upset with MYSELF! I had tried a pizza from this location about 4 years ago when I moved to Hobart. The pizza was horrible! I did see it was under new management but never gave them another chance until today! I wish I tried it again a lot sooner! OMG, I just ate a meatballs sandwich on garlic bread! It was so darn good! All these years missing out on great food because of one bad experience, and it wasn't even their fault! It was the last management that messed it up! I'm definitely going to be a regular customer from here on in! I can't wait to get another sandwich! Give them a try if you haven't yet! Also the staff was super friendly and fast!"

"Order from this place on a weekly basis pretty much. Tonight I order a pizza with Italian beef on half, and there’s literally one slice of Italian beef on the whole half of an XL pizza. I call to complain, and the manager says she’ll refund my $3 I paid for the beef. Stay away, dumb cooks, and bad supervision"

"I came to order the slice of pizza with pop and it used to be one of the best pizzas ,it was cheesy and thick now is a joke thin smear of cheese ,cold ,more dough than cheese I was so disappointed and double the price . The owner needs to bring back the original I don’t mind paying the price but this pizza slice was a joke.The menu is not updated the screen was not correct either I had to ask for the price of each item.They don’t sell the pizza slice combo with the pop anymore they charge separately."

"Quit Rosati’s awhile back because you never knew what you’d get. Then kept seeing “under new management “. So gave it another try: best pizza ever! Now this is our last 2 orders: burnt crust, cheese overcooked & dry. And the reward coupons don’t work. Little Caesar taste better than this. They’ve seen the last of us & our $$$."

"*UPDATED 8/17/2020* Wow! What a difference a new owner makes! I was nervous to give Rosati's another chance but after they reopened under new management I'm so glad I did. Finally delicious pizza! I ordered the thin crispy crust and it was delivered fast & you actually receive a hot pizza! The photos posted are from under the previous ownership and as you can see that's not a Chicago style deep dish pizza. We've ordered several times since the reopening and every time has been great. Our families new favorite pizza! ~Old management review: This place has really gone downhill! I haven't ordered from Rosati's in over a year due to receiving the worst Pizza. I really wanted a Chicago style deep dish pizza so decided to give Rosati's another try. I specifically asked if there pizza was authentic Chicago-style deep-dish. I was told yes, but it's definitely not! I was also told my order would be delivered in an hour. I literally live 3 minutes from their location. After an hour and 15 minutes had passed I called and was told my order was out the door and should be arriving any minute. After another 20 minutes had passed I called again and complained. My order finally arrived a few minutes after my last call. Only to receive cold "pan pizza" not Chicago deep dish. So disappointing and we'll never order from them again."
