Little Caesars Pizza

"I have one star because how many times can you sympathize with this location? This was by far the worst experience. There was a lady who came in. The cashier couldn’t find her order. Shortly after we all knew why. She seemed intoxicated. Mind you. We all were waiting 2 plus hours for a-couple basic pizzas while they have stashes of Uber or DoorDash orders. The lady was calling the employees stupid and acting very childish. We all are sitting there as patiently as we can. It’s Super Bowl Sunday and they’re doing the best they can. She complains to the manager. This lady gave the wrong name and He had her out of there WITH FREE items . She took sauces and pops and he allowed her too ! Over HER giving the wrong name. I asked to use the restroom being I’ve been waiting 2 hours. He refused to allow me too. Yet again I understood. I told him I’ve been waiting 2 hours and he never apologized .This place is unorganized as can be EVEN on a normal day. How can they disregard all of us as costumers whom had sympathy for them and bowed down to someone calling them stupid and incompetent !??? And she ended up getting compensated? Never again. I’m not surprised. Takes forever even on a normal day so I’m not surprised it took that long on Super Bowl Sunday. If you are behind more then 2 hours. How about you stop answering the phone and give people who have been patiently waiting for 2 hours there pizza from the stack of pizza you guys have made?"

"Every time I come to this location they never get the order right. I order on the phone every time and when I come in they made my pizza wrong and have to remake it! What's the point of ordering before I get there if they don't pay attention to the damn order? It's pizza how are you screwing up pizza? Customer service is terrible and they refuse to take money off for an extra wait. Avoid this location by any means!"

"Not the first time it's happened , I'll ask for pizza to be cut into squares and for some reason they always, well I won't say always , I have ordered pizza 3 times from here the same way and 2 out of the three x's I've ordered no squares . Atmosphere is fine , service and food need work. I can tell there is new management though."

"I would give zero stars if I could. Placed my order online at 6:05 and said it would be ready by 6:55. I understand that they can become busy, so I called and asked for an update around 7. The woman on the phone said that they were just now getting to it as they were busy and said that it should be done in about 40 minutes. I was fine with that, so at 7:45 I called again for an update since the tracker still hadn’t changed. I spoke to the manager and they were just about to start it and then decided to tell me there were out of an item in my order; over an hour and an half after I placed the order! I get being busy, but change your order times online or call customers if it’s going to take an extra hour to even start their order. Probably will never order from here again."

"I called and asked if they had any hot and ready to go. I had to repeat myself 3 times, then she turned around and stated, "What do you want after I asked 3 times! Very unprofessional"
