Expressed a potential issue with my breaks and directed me to an easy way to get both an oil change (which I was due for) and break inspection to see what was going on. "I chose M&M because they are a family owned business with outstanding reviews. Well, now I get a chance to write one of those 5 stars reviews. My car was experiencing some intermittent mechanical issues. I spent some time in the lobby over the course of a few days. I observed several things: • Everyone that walks in is greeted with genuine kindness • This place is spotless. The parking lot, lobby, and back of the shop. •The technicians are efficient and professional. •This shop operates as a team. •The turnaround time is very reasonable on the repair work and repair costs are extremely reasonable for the service that is provided.
