"I find it repulsive that y'all now charge for "no ice" , or " light ice"!!! How greedy can a corporation get. The amount of money to be made of coffee is insane. You definitely lost a ton of customers from charging 1$-2$ for light or no ice just for the principle of it. It's a shame your workers will probably take the brunt of people's anger..for those who still come. As for my husband and myself and our 4 grown children who made at least daily visits are now spending their money at McDonald's on a Cold Caramel iced coffee with or without ice at no Xtra charge!. Eventually word will spread!!"

"First, the variety of doughnuts never changes and the attitude of the day staff makes you want to go elsewhere. But the kicker: Whomever owns this franchise wastes so many doughnuts, I have witnessed on several occasions close to closing the staff throwing out no less than 3 dozen doughnuts at closing. When I asked why they don’t donate them to a food bank or homeless shelter I was told to ask the owner. So I found out that the other locations that were owned by the same person, and they would not say how many doughnuts that they threw away but it was a lot. TBC…."
