"I don’t understand why the workers are so rude and don’t want to help guest. Honestly if it’s that hard please don’t work in customer service! Sad I spent way more money at this place than I should have. Never again!!"

"I come here all the time, today i jus wanted a coffee and this blonde female with no eyebrows slams the drive threw window on me. i don't know who this place is hiring or their policies but they wouldn't give me a name of the manager and seems like kids run the place ."

"So… it’s most-def hit or miss. My Partner and I went-in for a dozen donuts (… that price increase though!), and’d wound-up picking-out at least seven replacements since most of the donuts we originally-ordered were out-of-stock — low + nonexistent stock (that no one’s made aware of until after ordering!), and being lashed-out at for pointing-out a wrong order, is yet-another uber-common occurrence at this Dunkin’, even after multiple years. But, this employee assisting us was polite — that’s the Manager’s Son? — and apologized for the low stock, while the Manager aka. my Former Boss stared at me like I had had a second head sprouting-from my torso, the entire time, which made me extremely-uncomfortable, just to say the least. Honestly? I’d ran-from that store years ago (toxic management, an overall toxic environment), and try to make sure to avoid going unless absolutely-necessary, especially because she isn’t ashamed about sometimes nagging former-employees into considering coming-back and/or sending someone else to try to do it for her, despite knowing damn-well that that employee left because of her."

"What more needs saying? More to offer than just donuts. Try the power breakfast, the bacon sirrachia breakfast and for dessert try the frozen chocolate and the munchkins are always a good choice.... and of course add the whip cream!!! Better locations but this one isn’t too bad 3 stars ***+ b-"
