"This is a great place to take your vehicle. We had to leave our vehicle. They contacted us to let us know what they had found wrong and then asked our permission before proceeding with any work and letting us know what the cost would be before they started. They are very friendly and efficient. Their shop is very clean. Definitely recommend this place."

"They only got a star so that I could post this review. They took us for a ride to say the least. They lied to my father and I which led to me selling my Lincoln Aviator. The reason I sold it was because they said I needed a valve job or head job. They wanted $2,500 or $5,000 for a new engine. It turns out that it was a thermostat. My dad had already gave me his car and purchased his new Toyota Tundra. He'll die before he gets that thing paid off. I found the Lincoln Aviator later in a field gutted and trashed. I was furious."

"My daughter's car broke down on our way to Michigan for a girls weekend trip last Friday. We are from Troy, Mo. We were able to get the car to Finzel's before they closed for the day. These guys went above and beyond in helping us find a rental car, giving us ride to Toyota dealership to pick up the rental plus wait at the shop til we got there to get our luggages after hours. They were able to fix the car first thing Monday morning so we could get back home safely. I can't thank you enough for all you did for us! I highly recommend Finzel's because they are a good group of people and quality of their work is fantastic. Thank You!!"

"I had a great experience here. They did a full inspection sent it to my phone with pictures and told me everything that was wrong with my car. The prices are reasonable and comparable but I always believed you pay for what you get.. customer service is top-notch The service work is the best in town. They even have a golden retriever that walks around that's very friendly. I do have to make a comment about the bathroom.... I have never been in such a clean bathroom where you get your own personal towel to dry your hands (see attached picture) also I didn't see any plastic cups you get to use real ceramic coffee cups...... you never see that at a regular service station. I would highly recommend this place. I have to go back in a week to get my tire fixed so I will let you know how that visit went as well. Update 3-7-2020 great service amazing staff. Best mechanic around. Waiting room was nice."
