"Usually great customer service, but NOT today.. Went in this morning ordered a brake switch for my vehicle.. Was told it would be here no later than 2pm, when the driver came no part.. Okay, cool, that's fine things happen but I needed to know when they thought the part would be in and they show me q computer screen with 3 different distribution centers basically saying I could figure it out, maybe tomorrow, who knows.. Like really!!! And the man with the long mustache was incredibly hateful about the whole thing.. I already paid for the part, and understand things happen but to have me make a determination by 3 different locations it is coming from and not being able to at least estimate was wrong.. Needless to say, I went to the car and called auto zone and they will have it at 9am tomorrow and I went back in and got my money back.. The kid doing my refund was incredibly nice.. Just know I'm not mad the part wasn't there, I was mad by how I was treated.. Auto Zone will remain my go to.. Terre Haute Indiana Wabash Avenue"
