"On the evening of 2/24/23, around 6:30pm, I went to the O'Reilly's on S hwy 41 in Terre Haute, IN. I had just experienced a dead battery and required a wrecker service to come and give me a jump, so I went over to O'Reillys and asked a young man working there, if he could check my battery voltage. He was very polite and courteous. He came and met me at the front of the store as soon as I enter the store and greeted me professionally. He came outside and tested my battery. He seemed knowledgeable and was so friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could have put a good word in for him to his supervisor."
"Went in looking for new headlights. Picked out a set. The clerk suggested a different set as the set I picked, while more expensive, was a lower quality. He advised that the less expensive set was a better quality and brighter of the two. Never got the young man's name. Thank you."
