"Does it make sense to have 3 people at customer service for order pickups and returns and only 1 person at a register? There are over 20 people trying to check out and buy merchandise but the people making returns are in and out….. frustrating. I’ve literally been in line for half an hour on a Monday at 5:30 Response: Yes, Christmas is two weeks away, so you would expect more than one cashier for the store! The cashier was great. It was the lack of team members in the appropriate places that was the problem."

"The extremely helpful young man who was manning the "in store pick up desk" in the afternoon of November 29 was so helpful and courteous in finding the girl's boots and items for my Christmas angels ( because I was not within the 2 hour window). He mentioned he had 2 of his own. I wish I got his name. Also, the lady at the #3 checkout desk (which I don't think was normally a check out area but a desk for customer service?) Was so very patient and smiling when I couldn't make up my mind about opening a charge. I didn't see all the people in line behind me because no one was at first, but I am sure she did and still managed her smile! What a pleasant employee. I hope you share these remarks with these employees as they are a credit to your store!!! I certainly would."
