"I want to love this place. I really do. The people are kind. The location is so convenient for my commute. They always offer a pup cup for my fur baby. But, the iced coffee is always so so weak. I’ve tried so many times hoping it was an off day but it’s consistently like drinking water. I’m sorry. Will try again maybe longer from now and hope it’s gotten better."
"Bed side manner of the lady at drive thru window awful! Zero stars not polite at all bad atmosphere! First and last time wait was long for four items not even worth waiting with the attitude of the drive thru staff! Get another job you like if you don’t wanna deal with the public"
"RUDE!! Is there an option for 0 stars?? I walked in noticed they were busy. Ok, fine. I stood there for a few more minutes patiently waiting for someone to at least say “hey I’ll be with you shortly” but no. The guy continued occupying himself with more and more. Even the window person walked past me a few times and said nothing. I don’t understand why Dunkin’ keeps expanding if they’re not going to acknowledge anyone. This was my first and last time there."
"Had an ice coffee in the morning and it’s was delicious and the manager made it so good she was great with her service and she was so beautiful and her smile made my day!!"
"Went to this new location for the first time this morning. We ordered 2 iced coffees, half dozen of donuts, and 5 munchkins. The iced coffees were extremely watered down and tasted terrible and the frosting on the 6 donuts slid off and was on everything except the donuts. We were also charged for an extra donut that we didn't even order or receive. The team member gave us only one napkin in the bag which wouldn't even wipe up 1/8 mess caused by the frosting. The only good thing out of the whole order was the munchkins. Hopefully they get better or this place won't last. We will probably continue to utilize the Starbucks that is right across the street. It's a longer wait with them but at least their food/drink quality is good."
