"Just bought our second vehicle here. First one was 3 years ago. Still in great shape. Nice and honest people. Great place to buy a gently used vehicle."
"I was a first time car buyer without much family to help. Certainly not a father to help me see if the car was in good condition. I knew I needed a car that was reliable so I could not only get to school but to doctors appointments. Anyway, so when I met this family who ran the dealership I thought wow they gotta be trustworthy and they seemed super kind! So I dropped 3600 on a new car only being 100 short of a warranty sadly. I asked about the car being viewed by a mechanic but they didn't have one on hand and me not being from Crisman decided I didn't know my way around and didn't have cell service to look one up. So me being the naive 19 year old I was just took their word for the car being A-ok. Once I got home to my little town of Rantoul I decided I'd take it to my local mechanic and see if I'd done good for myself. I was sad to find out the vehicle needed brakes, rotors, an entire new frame because the frame had holes though it, and had multiple leaks. It was well over a 1000 extra dollars which sucked but I was horrified to find out I could have lost my steering on the way home and possibly lost my life. At this point I had nothing left to give so only being a few days after the buy I decided to contact the dealer. They said they couldn't help and when I explained how I could lose my steering using this vehicle and needed a car I could use for college they just ignored me. To this day the dealer still ignored me and says I didn't reach out. However if you'd like conformation on my side of the story I do have the messages saved. My name is Samantha Snapp on Facebook and please feel free to reach out with any questions. I don't feel any anger anymore even though I'm still paying off repairs. I just pray that the next person to buy a car will bring someone, anyone who knows a thing or two. Good luck future buyers and stay safe!"
"My daughter Samantha Snapp bought a 2009 Dodge Caliber 2 weeks ago. This car is the worst purchase ever made.It has cost over 700.000 to repair and still needs repairs .This place is being reported to the better buisness b on monday.Total fraud."
"Horrible! Said I would buy their vehicle on the phone and they said no when no one else was there offering them money. Said I would buy it. Said all i had to do was get in my car and get there. And they turned me away! Would not hold it, would not take a deposit, offered me ZERO solutions when I was asking about it prior to start of business. ZERO Stars... Will never purchase from kids who say no to me!"
