"Great customer service and fair prices. Remote start put on work van no more waiting and freezing"
"If I could give them a zero Stars I would I bought a new truck this year I could do this all myself, I thought " let the professionals do it "2400 0 Watts DB drive for 8 in DB subs absolute waste of money on knowledge truly pathetic.. more excuses than a 13-year-old child. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone one excuse after the other employees and owners pushing the blame on each other for over 6 months I dealt with this. Frustrating frustrating is an understatement."
"Always nice and helpful when I come here. Able to answer any questions I have had. They're also great for being able to squeeze me in for a quick service this morning, saving me a lot of hassle. Thanks guys!"
"I’m very upset. I had to pay $65 for 20 minutes worth of work just to see wires cut in half when the proper tools were there to be used in the box I provided. Two days later I see that a clip that plugs into my headlights were broken off and was not told about it that day of it happening. I really want my damn money back, but I know it won’t happen. Disgusting!"
"Firstly, I was overcharged on parts - the markup from retail was just over 100% (an extra $321 on top of the $317 that the parts ACTUALLY cost, retail). Secondly, they did not listen to me when I told them what I wanted, resulting in an incomplete job, forcing me to make another appointment, and they had taken twice as long to do the work than what they quoted me. Lastly, they charged installation fees for two parts of the same system separately, effectively double-charging me for labor ($75 & $45, respectively) on top of turning a profit on the more than 100% markup on parts. So I was charged $758 in total for $317 worth of parts and $115 in (questionably) billable labor. I guess that extra $321... fell between the seats? I had planned to get similar work done on a second vehicle, but I will never be returning, obviously."
