"Apparently the employees here don't understand what light ice means--I can have lemon water for free at home!! If I'm paying for it shouldn't I get it the way I want it!! This is the 3rd Thursday in row this month that I've been and they didn't mention half off!! I mentioned it this time and they still charged me full price!! I won't be back but I'm sure they don't care!!"

"Horrible service, dirty store. I ordered ahead on the app. My drink was waiting when I got there. My pastry was not. I patiently waited for about 8 minutes, but no one acknowledged me or even looked at me. There was one person busily making drinks and two people busy at the drive through. Four others were standing around talking just past the register. I walked over there and stood by the counter, but they just kept talking an out personal stuff, no acknowledgement at all. I finally said “excuse me” politely and asked about my pastry. Then one employee turned around and saw the ticket on the printer. They hadn’t even started on it, and I had ordered it via mobile 15 minutes prior. No reply to me, just kept talking amongst themselves, unwrapped the pastry and popped it in the oven. After a minute it was done and they just plopped it in the counter. No word of thanks, no direct word to me at all. I don’t expect to be treated like royalty, but at least have some common courtesy and basic customer service. What’s more, this store was filthy. Dirty tables, overflowing trash, dirty floors, boxes of inventory stacked out in the open. For service and cleanliness, this place is just no good."

"The team members are very professional. The service is a little slow, but the place gets busy sometimes, so it's understandable. The drive due needs to get faster."

"I’m extremely upset with the service provided to me from Starbucks. As I went to the drive through today and ordered two medicine balls that consist of extremely hot lemonade. The representative passed me both drinks partially lidded and they opened up and spilled all over my hands and thighs. My left hand fingers are still stinging from this incident that occurred about an hour ago. I am very upset. I don’t understand how they can have such incompetent staff to not properly secure a lid and hand it to a customer burning them. Not to mention, the representative did not remake the order. Instead she took it back to tighten the lid which should have occurred initially. She offered an apology however this is not sufficient of a response. Especially having paid for a full drink that waisted at her error and to not replace it or ensure I was okay prior leaving."

"This location always looks busy no matter the time of day. If I want to stop, I usually plan extra time due to the volume of orders they handle. I have never had an incorrect order before. Today I was so impressed by the teamwork I saw behind the counter mixed with the starbucks app glitch situation that they resolved, I had to stop and share because I highly recommend the excellent customer service the staff at this location displays. The app took my order and money but never printed a ticket for the barista so while I waited over 20mins I overserved how well all the baristas welcomed each guest, handled the constant flow of traffic, and all with a smile on their face. They were quick to resolve the issue and I was very happy with the service I received. Finally everything looked very clean and organized."
