"When ordering the pasta that is spicy make sure you can handle a lot of spice. It is very spicy unless you specifically order it not as spicy."

"The food was good. I probably wouldn't get the shrimps and grits again. Seems like it's only 1/2 cup of grits amd a 1/2 cup of sauce with 5 small shrimp. It was delicious but for the price, I'd have to pass. The flavors were really good on everything. The fried green tomatoes were the highlight of my palate. I will be returning. I didn't eat everything and had plenty to take home (not the shrimp n grits tho)"

"Not what I was expecting at all. Disappointed because the food here wasn’t good at all. There was nothing that I ordered that pleased me, and I ordered several items. From the collards to the catfish to the green beans, I was not happy. Some of the driest pound cake I’ve ever eaten to the shameful misrepresentation of peach cobbler, my experience was awful. And whew chile, whomever is making that fraudulent mac n’ cheese needs a public flogging."

"This place is a real hidden gem! I’ve lived within walking distance for a year now and finally got to go. I had the gumbo which was really tasty, and my son got a shrimp po boy that was fantastic! Great atmosphere, great food, definitely going to come here more frequently!"

"This place was very clean and the wait staff was very polite. I enjoyed the look of the place. It gave a kind of New Orleans feeling. The food was decent, it wasn’t the best I had tho. I had the shrimp and grits and they were okay. My boyfriend and sister food tasted a little bland tho. Overall it’s a nice place."
