"Disgusting "F" & "N"words from staff LOUD. Still great service and good food but bad language. I took mine home fast. I had a kid in there. Edit: 2/22/24 I've given them another chance. Just like before, splendid customer service! The conversation in the back was funny and clean! Keep up the great service and food!"
"I had the Wonka pancakes which were awesome! My waitress was very good and nice. She wasn't even assigned to my table. She was the only one who noticed that I had been seated. So after ten minutes, she asked the waitress assigned to my table if she could take it. Thank goodness! Because it seemed like the wait staff just stood around at the counter chatting while waiting for food to come out from the kitchen. I even had to wait to be seated because they were all dealing with someone who received and unfulfilled order for pick up. It seemed to take three people's entire attention to address it. The poor women's food had to be cold by the time they addressed the problem. And there was this huge shelving structure for take out orders right when you walked into the restaurant. Very unattractive! People came in then turned around and left."
"We stood at the door for 10 mins & no one ever addressed us, even though they were staring at us. One of the people looking at us was a manager. We walked out & went to eat at The French Toastery."
"Food was delicious, service was excellent our poor waitress was very busy but still remembered to check on us. The atmosphere was wonderful even though it was packed. It wasn't to overwhelming or loud."
"Courtney was amazing, kind, and patient. My aunt was visiting from out of town and we had a large group. She made the outing relaxing and enjoyable. The food was delicious. It was prepared like the picture and tasted like a 5 star restaurant. All the staff were professional and friendly."
