Told me he would be ordering the part to repair and gave me a bill. 2+ months later they have not returned to replace the part. When I called in to check on the status was told it was my responsibility to inform them of the parts they were ordering."

"Gentlemen was very rude. Though they were quick in coming his professional demeanor on the phone was a 1… Told me he would call before he came the first time and didn’t just showed up. Quoted me a price then told me he would call before they came the second time and didn’t. Charged me $20 more than he quoted me without telling me. The refrigerator worked for 2 days and then stopped working again and I lost all my groceries. His voice mail is full and you can’t leave a message and he rarely answers his phone. I asked for my money back and they said no and they would try to come back to look at it in 4 days after the holiday weekend. I normally do not leave bad reviews but he was extremely unprofessional and just not nice! I never received an invoice either of what was actually done."
