"Nathan did an EXCELLENT job of taking care of all our RV issues while on vacation. I was having issues 2 hours out of St. Louis, Missouri where I was losing power going up small inclines and made it all the way to Cullman, Alabama. We should have had most of these issues taken care of at home versus while on vacation. The shop at home was told to do an inspection 2 weeks prior to us leaving on vacation and they neglected to change the air filter, fuel filter plus the RV needed brakes according to Nathan. Nathan showed up quickly after I reached out to Good Sam and he changed the air filter and fuel filter and we went on our first test run and we were still losing power. Nathan determined I would be staying another night in Alabama while he works on the RV some more. Nathan stayed up late at night researching what could be the issue. Nathan told us to plan on staying another night in the camp ground he suggested for us and showed up early the next morning to see if what he researched could be the issue and it was, our resonator was cracked. He found a new resonator that day and installed it and the smoke was gone that was coming out of our exhaust and the RV was running great. We had our power back and the turbo was kicking in. Nathan has over 20 years of experience and if I ever have issues with my RV again I will be reaching out to him when in Alabama. He really went over and beyound including another issue that happened. He put a temporary protection on my skylight that got damaged while pulling into a service bay to keep the RV from getting wet on the inside. He was working on this issue till late at night.
