"I have seen lots of trailers that were supposedly dot/ pm done by Ronnie Hill and these same trailers we catch it at another location just days after he supposedly went over the trailer and it was never greased had cracked/ non passable brakes on trailer I don't recommend this shop this shop is like a shade tree mechanic shop"

"This is a very strange situation. Our driver informed us that he had a nail in the tire. We find the place, I called and asked if they repair tires, and they said yes. When our driver arrived, they said the tire needed to be replaced. We agreed, and we had our spare tire. However, BE AWARE, they told us it would cost $190 TO REPLACE THE TIRE WITH OUR OWN TIRE. We had no choice, so we agreed. They said they were going for lunch and would return. After 2 hours, they said they wouldn't replace the tire for us because they didn't have time. After 2 hours of waiting. They are extremely unprofessional in their work."

"The owner and his staff are very helpful. When they replaced the fuel pump in my truck and I got it home it still had a problem they came out to my home and had the part that was needed and fixed it right in the driveway. I call that GREAT customer service."

"Needs to have more workers apparently. We was broke down in 18 wheeler right across the street from the business. We walked over there and ask about a fuel filter and help off side of road.We was told by Joe he didn't know what to tell us cause he was only one there today and he wasn't walking over there.As big as this place looked you would have thought they could have helped us.So hope you get some help Joe ,cause we are disappointed customers."
